Fleet Supervisor

Gabrielli Kenworth of NJ, LLC is currently seeking a Fleet Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers

• Listen to customer’s description of the problem or service needed then determine the type of service required • Estimate costs

• Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance

• Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test

• Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs

• Prepare a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for the service

• Write brief descriptions of the customers concerns on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem

• Explain work performed and repair order charges to the customer

• Handle customer complaints

• Schedule service appointments

• Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival if possible

• Greet customers in a friendly manner

• Test drive vehicle with customer to confirm the problem

• Provide complete and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts

• Keep in contact with the customer about time

• Open and close repair orders

• Check on the progress of repairs throughout the day

Job Requirements


  • Computer Knowledge
  • ADP knowledge is a plus
  • At least one year of automotive service experience
